Then theater company of street and fairs, the "Puits aux Images" company – will become later "Cirque Baroque" company, playes Molière, Dario Fo and Casona in the districts of Paris and in the whole of France through several tours.
The company also presents many street circus performances for various festival
in France, as well as the World Youth Circus Festival in Cuba.
1973
: Christian Taguet starts the "Puits aux Images" company
and surround himself with friends performers from circus, theater and dance.
1976 : The group slipt up. The other half will become successively the "Cirque
Aligre" and "Zingaro".
1977 : Production of the show « Mille et une nuits » with Mister
Claude Santelli.
1978 : World Youth Circus Festival in Cuba
1979 : The company builds itself a big top and some tier of seats with the
means at one’s disposal. And it produces its first circus show which
it calls of course “Puits aux Images”.
1986 : The French Ministry of Culture conferes on the company the National
Prize of Circus ("Grand prix National du Cirque")
1987 : The Puits aux Images company takes the name of "Cirque
Baroque" and
produces a real show of "New circus" called “Baroque
I”.
1995 : Christian Taguet is promoted to the rank of "Chevalier des
Arts et des Lettres".
